Liz Meek: Bostäder till alla är Londons största utmaning!

Centre for London är en oberoende tankesmedja som enbart jobbar med Londons utmaningar. Liz Meek är tankesmedjans ordförande och har lång erfarenhet av att jobba med frågor kring hur London styrs. Liz var en av grundarna till Greater London Authority som bildades 1999 och med andra ord en riktig Londonexpert. Mälardalsrådet har pratat med Londonexperten Liz Meek och bett henne svara på frågor sin syn på London.  Hon är en av dem som finns med i programmet för benchmarkingresan till London 2014 som anordnas av Mälardalsrådet.

What is London’s most important challenge?
Providing quality housing for those who need it… and that is a lot of people.

Which is your strongest memory from the Olympic Games in London 2012?
The extraordinary sense of friendliness and goodwill: we all stopped rushing and just enjoyed it!
